What people ask us before the first call

How much does the first consultation cost?
Free. A 30-minute call with the agent in which we brief you on the region according to your budget, taxes for non-residents and the key points. The property selection is sent within one business day after the call.
Can I visit the office without an appointment?
In Alicante — yes, the main office is open every day. For Málaga, Palma and Barcelona it's better to let us know in advance: we'll invite the regional agent and they'll prepare a selection based on your search. 24 hours' notice is ideal.
What documents should I send in the first message?
At the selection stage — none. Documents will only be needed before reserving a specific property: passport, proof of source of funds (for AML) and NIE application. If you plan to apply for a mortgage — proof of income for the last 3 months.
Do you work with non-EU foreign citizens?
Yes. Property purchase in Spain by foreign citizens is possible, although the due-diligence process is stricter — proof of source of funds and bank approval are required. We'll explain the current procedure and timing on the call.
Can I view the property online?
Yes. For each property in the selection, the agent does a video viewing via WhatsApp or Zoom — 20–30 minutes touring the apartment, views from the balcony and the surroundings. If you like the property, we arrange the in-person viewing.
How long does it take to reply outside business hours?
On Telegram the on-call agent receives the message — they confirm receipt and forward it to the agent in the morning. By email and WhatsApp, weekend replies usually arrive within 2–4 hours: the team works 7 days a week from 9:00 to 20:00 CET.
